Message Reward, Refunds, and Tax

1. On the dashboard, navigate to Settings

2. To customize the refund percentage:

   1. Click on the Refund Rate box and enter your desired value as a percentage.

3. To disable message points:

   1. Turn off the Message Reward toggle.

   2. For more advanced customization explanation, view Denylist and Allowlist

4. Under the Income Tax card:

   1. Enable the switch to automatically collect taxes from things like rewards, shop purchases, etc.

   2. Set the tax rate in the Tax Rate box as a percentage.

5. Don’t forget to save your changes.

Denylist and Allowlist

1. If you want to deny everything by default:

   1. Disable Message Reward and enter the channels you want to allow in the Allowlist.

2. To allow everything by default:

   1. Enable Message Reward and enter the channels you want to deny in the Denylist.

3. Remember to save your changes.
